Hey yo'
The sun is shining, the bugs are out and dive-bombing my, now, pink hair. Life is good. So firstly; the top three pictures (please excuse the lack of makeup in number 3) are featuring a beautiful seahorse patterned dress i purchased on ebay for £10...unfortunately its WAY to small. It was listed as an 8-10, but if my triple A batteries (boobs) can't get in there comfortably then, i'm sorry, but no.
The last pictures are my attempt at being summery today, it was the first time in about 6 months that i have left the house bare legged and it was terrifying. Of course i had to disguise my semi-transparent skin with fake tan and i still wore black over the top of my playsuit... i just can't be without black. I feel far too cheerful without it. So anyway, that's my ridiculously poor update.
ENJOY

cHANDeliers

So yeah, shit pictures as per, but check out my top with built in chandeliers for your hands!?
BEAUTIFUL.
I picked up the beige one in the top two pictures from a charity shop (originally Wallis) for £1.99 and the crochet top in the bottom two for 99p. It was a bit of an optimistic purchase, seeing as the British weather is proving global warming wrong and i can barely leave the house without two coats on but hey ho! It was 99p and i would still have bought it if i lived in Antarctica. The longest necklace is one that i have recently made, I've been wire wrapping tumblestones to make pendants and I'm hoping to start selling them alongside my jackets soon!

pandora's box of colours

I'm alive! Maggy the cat is alive!
Apologies to my handful of followers who may or (more likely) may not have missed my posts over the last few months. I do plan to get back on top of it soon and continue my outer-wear creativity and some possible jewellery shananigans may be on the agenda. This is just a very jumbled update of some outfits i have worn over the past few months, i was style spotted for 'more! magazine' wearing the bottom left outfit, so keep an eye out for my face :)
1. long tartan skirt on ebay which i customised, this is so easy to do guys!
2.crochet dress, ebay (£2 bargain!)
3. studded leather jacket, topshop
4. Hair dye expedition- semi permanent dye by schwarzkopf ultrabrights (be warned- it doesn't wash out of non-bleached hair! Hence my pink roots in the bottom middle picture)
5. Black tassle beaded kimono jacket- river island

Black mustard

OKAY
So i finally got some OK-ish pictures!
I haven't had any ID for over a month so i have been itching to get out- hence my heels post. I got my Freda's for my birthday (courtesy of my lovely girlfriend) and have only worn them out once! The worst thing is that they went into the sale and are now half the price she paid for them! CRY. So this is me scratching an itch to wear heels and show off my lovely mustard dress i purchased form ebay for £8.50!

faux fur- H+M £12.99
mustard dress- Ebay £8.50
Freda's- Jeffrey Campbell £120

NEWSFLASH (or not really)
I am doing a give-away. For a chance to win one of my customised jackets please "like" Ink, Needles and Thread on facebook and share the status which announces it. The winner will be announced on December the 20th.
GO GO GO!

Galibardy's Ganesha

Just a quick one:
I bought this T-shirt from Galibardy for £26 and I think it has quickly become my all time favourite T-shirt! By "quickly become" i mean the second i opened it (yesterday evening). I wore it too uni today and a few people commented how awesome it is. If you haven't checked out their website already you MUST, they have some other beautiful t-shirts and they are so oversized they can be worn as dresses. Their prices are so reasonable and the delivery was unbelievably fast! Such lovely thick fabric too!
LOVE LOVE LOVE.

tights wars

Bonjour ma cherie's,
So yesterday, when my sister left for school, I had a rummage through her clothes and found TWO pairs of tights i wanted to claim for my own. I had been after a sparsely patterned pair of tights to wear during winter so that i can show off my new tattoo and not freeze to death during the process. I found the star covered ones first, which i liked but seemed a little young for me. It brought back memories of the star tatted, myspace, scene kids of 2004. Further rummaging bought out these little babies- Henry Holland alphabet tights. Now i had seen these around for a couple of years and always wanted a pair but couldn't bring myself to part with the £15- £20 quid that they go for (especially knowing that within a day i would have shredded them). However, if you are less clumsy than me and fancy investing in a pair you can buy them in most river island's.

Anyway, apologies AGAIN for the poor picture quality- I WILL HAVE THIS SORTED SOON. Here is a small outfit post from a while back and a quick post of what i wore to uni yesterday:

Both items of clothing (jumper and dress) have been shown on my blog before- urban outfitters and primark's finest. But I don't think (correct me if i am wrong) that i have posted about the necklaces... So firstly, the crystal pendant one is from an amazing little website called Dixi and they sell the most beautiful jewellery. Also, if you are buying something from them as a gift, they send it to the person with a little note in the jewellery bag, SO CUTE. Secondly, the pentagram (NOT SATANIC)is from ebay and only cost about 90p. You can find numerous styles of this necklace just by searching "pentagram necklace". It's actually a pagan symbol which i recently developed an interest in, satanist stars are (apparently) supposed to be with two prongs at the top, for obvious reasons :)
NEXT:

THE STATE OF OUR ROOM.
This is not actually my room, I am staying with my mum whilst my dad has our house rewired/redecorated. So i must live in my sisters squalor for now. This also means that i have very few clothes to wear- hence the recurring items in my posts. I have been here for over a month now and hopefully i should be back home within the next week. Then i can start getting on with my jackets again! Anyway, back to the outfit:
Maroon jumper: Charity shop (originall new look) £2.99
Stripey dress/top: Charity shop £1.99
Alphabet tights: Henry Holland, River Island ~£17.00
FLUFFY SOCKS YAY: HnM, 2 pairs for around £4

Sorry about photos, sorry about room, sorry about jackets, sorry about stuff.
Feel free to ask questions!
